Ms. Sophie Chichaghua has higher education and more than 10-year experience in a managerial position. She has been involved in multiple projects as PM, particularly in the projects with international companies (including from Norway, UK, Austria, Switzerland and etc.). She has solid managerial and negotiation skills, ensuring project smooth and successful development. She also provides quality checks of all the documentation related to the project. She is familiar with both national and international standards having worked with International funded projects. In addition, she is involved in the daily operation of the company, dealing with employees, clients and other stakeholders.

Dr. Shivcharn S. Dhillion is leading, conducting assessments (ESIA/ESAP, CIA, strategic) and advising related to development projects and sustainable development in a range of nations, e.g., for investors, International Finance Institutions (IFI) including for example the World Bank Group (World Bank, IFC and MIGA), Asian Development Bank, Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, SIDA, Netherlands Commission on EA) for > 20 years; Experience in South-East Asia includes Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam; South Asia includes India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Georgia; Africa includes Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Botswana; Central-South America includes Honduras, Mexico, Chile; Europe includes Albania and Norway; Has worked extensively in the field on ESIA/ESMP and management planning and implementation, monitoring & evaluation, communication/stakeholder analysis (including FPIC), forest management, biodiversity conservation and off-sets, global changes, cultural and IP aspects of natural resources/biodiversity, benefit sharing mechanisms and sustainability, and ecosystem services/valuation. Dhillion has published internationally (refereed). Over 90 publications. Worked as a research professor and consultant. He has also been active in capacity building among developers, IFIs and donor agencies. Also at present a guest Professor at the Gothenburg University, Sweden.

Anguli Tkebuchava has many years of experience as a project manager, beginning from the State Projection Institute “Georgian Rural Construction Project”; he has worked as a chief engineer in Tbilisi Construction Company and he has been a director of Tbilisi representation office in Poti city Port. He is the General Director of the company Gross Energy Group. Previously he was a technical director of the company and as a technical director he had participated in the development of many local and international projects, such as feasibility study of Adjaristsqali HPP cascade project on the river Adjaristsqali, Autonomous Republic of Adjara, Georgia commissioned by the Norwegian company Clean Energy Invest and UK based company Mott MacDonald as a contractor; He has been involved in the development of many projects, which have been of State importance. During these years he has completed more than 150 projects, construction of several hydropower plants and also many infrastructure projects.
